We ship to parcel lockers across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia — or you can collect your order yourself at one of our two pick-up points in Vilnius.
Parcel locker delivery
- Lithuania: Omniva and LP Express parcel lockers — €3.
- Free delivery in Lithuania when you buy 2 or more items and the order total is €100 or more.
- Latvia and Estonia: Omniva parcel lockers — we will quote the delivery price with your order.

Payment
- Cash — on pick-up.
- Bank transfer — before shipping or on pick-up.
- Payment card.
Warranty
- Condition A — 1-month warranty.
- Condition B — 1-week warranty.
- Condition C — no warranty (sold as is, at a lower price).
- For Condition A and B items you can add a 6-month warranty for 10% of the price (min. €10).
- New and refurbished items — 12 to 36 months.
Returns
When buying at a distance (e.g. with parcel locker delivery) you have the right under EU and Lithuanian law to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. The item must be returned undamaged and complete; the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the payment within 14 days of your notice of return.
